1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any BillionGroup application ("Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Apps.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not allow you to:

  • Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Apps
  • Copy, distribute, or create derivative works
  • Use the Apps for commercial purposes without written consent
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Apps in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not use the Apps to harm, harass, or infringe on others' rights
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Not introduce viruses or malicious code

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Apps — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of BillionGroup and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Some Apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Prices are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BillionGroup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Apps.

8. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Our fitness and health-related Apps are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness program or making health decisions.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Apps at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BillionGroup operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
